NAB is grateful to the local stations and state broadcaster associations that helped to garner the support of 220 legislators for this resolution, which opposes a performance tax and recognizes radio's vital role in our communities.

We encourage you to take a few minutes to thank your legislators for supporting the Local Radio Freedom Act.

Thank you for your engagement and have a wonderful holiday season!
