Promotions and Digital Media Coordinator, Social Media & Promotions

Reports directly to Digital Coordinator and Vice President of Digital Operations & Strategies completing duties
as assigned and including, but not limited to the following descriptions.

Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Digital Coordinator and VP of Digital Operations & Strategies, the
Social Media & Promotions Coordinator is responsible for posting content, updates and promotional materials to
the Neuhoff Media social media accounts. This position will be responsible for creating content for all digital
properties, with a focus on integrating new social media platforms and building brand awareness. The coordinator
will assist the Digital Coordinator, VP of Digital Operations, and the Neuhoff team, with projects as assigned. This
position will have a large role in analyzing social media performance analytics, and the impact they have on the
overall branding of the organization.
Primary Job Duties:
1. Execute all posting efforts across the organization’s social media accounts including Twitter, Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, and any future accounts.
2. Collaborate in implementing the overall promotions strategy for Neuhoff Media through analysis of
performance metrics to reach content-optimization goals and increase engagement rates.
3. Coordinate with the digital team and market teams to create dynamic visual content.
4. Develop new ideas for social platforms that can be leveraged for revenue within sales and sponsorship.

7. Assist in executing strategies surrounding sponsored content-creation and distribution in order to meet
client goals.
8. Track analytics on all social platforms and generate weekly/monthly summary reports for distribution
amongst management, digital and sales teams.
9. Support the promotional execution of the Central Illinois markets, including but not limited to email, text
and other general contest tactics.
10. Participate in regular promotional planning with Central Illinois Team.
• Strong knowledge and experience posting on all social media channels.
• Intense knowledge of social media channels and latest trends – particularly, not limited to TikTok
• Experience in video production and graphic design
• Ability to collaborate or work autonomously dependent upon project
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite
