Cromwell Media is conducting an immediate search for a full-time, salaried on-air personality to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on live, local radio, enjoys connecting with the community, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, creative environment.In addition to being on-air, this role includes production, social media, client recording, and content creation across multiple platforms. Position Details:

  • Full-time, salaried position
  • Excellent benefits package
  • Evening on-air shift
  • Occasional weekends required for remotes and events
  • Pay Range: $3000-$4000 per month
  • We offer a complete benefits package including: health, dental, vision (payroll deduction), short term disability, and life insurance (100% company paid). In addition we offer additional optional benefits

Primary Responsibilities (not listed in any particular order):

  • Daily on-air programming and live shows
  • Producing and voicing commercials and client recordings
  • Writing and delivering live reads
  • Creating promotional ideas, contests, and station initiatives
  • Posting engaging content to station websites and social platforms
  • Producing and sharing local content daily across all platforms
  • Board operation for live remotes, games, and events
  • Hosting live remotes (including some weekends)
  • Conducting interviews (phone and in-studio)
  • Assisting with sales opportunities and promotions
  • General production duties and collaboration with programming and sales teams

  • Skylla Producer
  • Adobe Audition
  • vCreative (production)
  • SoCast (websites & digital content)
