Silver Dome Awards

Named after the iconic dome on the Illinois State Capitol, the Silver Dome Awards recognize the “Best of the Best” in Illinois broadcasting. Entries are judged by markets by out-of-state professional broadcasters in similar size markets.

The remaining 2024 IBA Silver Dome Award Finalists have been released

NOTE: Some categories did not have more than one entry to make it a viable competition. The submission period for the 2024 Silver Dome Awards has closed

Winners of small and medium market Silver Dome Awards will receive their awards during the after-hours reception at the close of IBA2024, IBA’s one-day annual membership conference set this year for October 8 at the Bone Center on the campus of Illinois State University in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois.
