Job Summary/Description:

The Multimedia Sales Manager will lead, coach, train, and inspire a high-energy local sales team to dominate the market. The MSM is responsible for driving new broadcast and digital business. You will join the local team on sales calls to help present, negotiate, and close high-impact business.

Duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • The Multimedia Sales Manager will lead and inspire the local team while driving new business growth. 
  • This role includes field coaching and funnel management, ensuring client campaigns deliver the results we promised. 
  • The MSM will oversee the local sales staff to ensure success for both our team and the clients we serve.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 3 years of sales experience
  • 2 years in a leadership role. 
  • You must live and breathe digital marketing. 
  • Understanding of budgets and digital products
