Gary Fries

RAB President Gary Fries, on his farewell tour after announcing his retirement in 2006, was honored at IBA’s Hall of Fame evening event held at the newly opened Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum. Fries accepted the award presented to him by William Stakelin, President and CEO Regent Communications. Fries was honored for his outstanding committment and dedication to the IBA, its members and the broadcast industry. The presentation took place on June 6th and was attended by industry guests including NAB President David Rehr, TVB President Chris Rohrs and many friends and associates of Gary.
